GBADs present at World One Health Congress, South Africa

🌍 Over four days at hashtagWOHC2024 in Cape Town, we learned more about the latest scientific and policy advancements in the OneHealth space and had insightful discussions with experts from the animalhealth and OneHealth sectors.

🌟Thank you to everyone who attended Saturday’s Science-Policy Interface session on burden estimates and participated in our interactive audience exercise. It was great to see a full room and enthusiastic engagement around the burden of diseases and the role and challenges of data-driven policy in OneHealth (Sara B Martins, Carlotta di Bari, Jonathan Rushton, Delia Grace, Chinenye (Ofoegbunam) Emelife & Andrew Clement).

We look forward to WOHC2026 and to continuing to explore how socio-economics can make a meaningful impact on advancing One Health.
