Presentation at the Association pour l’Étude de l’Épidémiologie des Maladies Animales (AEEMA)

On May 23rd, Anne Meyer gave an oral presentation at the annual meeting of the Association pour l’Étude de l’Épidémiologie des Maladies Animales (AEEMA). This is a key organisation in the veterinary epidemiology sphere in France and French-speaking countries. Anne gave an overview of the GBADs approach, and shared some experiences, lessons learned and challenges gathered by the consortium through recent case studies.

The results presented included some from South Africa (cattle), Denmark (swine), Ethiopia (cattle and small ruminants), Indonesia (cattle and shrimp), Senegal (small ruminants) and Switzerland (swine). This was a great opportunity to socialise the programme in the French language! The content of the talk will be available in written format in the annual publication of the Association towards the end of the year, which we will share with you once ready.

The abstract for this presentation and the other presentations within this meeting can be found here.
